His industry experience, combined with his ability to identify and harness individuals' potential, has resulted in the creation of highly efficient and successful teams.

Roberto Casillas

Professional with a solid background in business administration, holding an international bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in gastronomy and hospitality certified by Glion University in Switzerland, and an MBA from IPADE Business School. He has accumulated over a decade of experience in managerial roles in the financial sector, demonstrating leadership skills and decision-making abilities in challenging environments. He is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded two financial companies and participated in gastronomic projects.

Currently, he serves as the Administrative Director and Co-founder of Doble B Spirits Consulting Group, where he has contributed to the growth and success of the company, excelling in areas such as economic management, business model analysis, project creation, and general administration.

Javier Asencio

Professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing products and services, primarily in the Tequila and Mezcal industry. His academic background includes a degree in Marketing complemented with Diplomas in Commercial Strategy and Luxury Sales. With his leadership skills, coaching, and teamwork abilities, he has been able to build high-performance sales teams and authentic relationships with key industry players.
